This maps out the flow for the general upgrade to the onboarding experience (RQS 2.0) using bots to eliminate redundancies. While one simplified version of the experience was preferred to work across all partners, some retailers required extra steps and thus 2.0 had to incorporate a few more considerations. Retail partners we focused on for this iteration were Target, Crate & Barrel, William Sonoma, and Bed Bath & Beyond.
